I find tahini at Whole Foods. You can leave it out, and I’ve also heard you can substitute peanut or almond butter. Let me know if you try that!

Poppyseed Chicken
Most Poppyseed Chicken recipes call for cream of chicken soup. I don’t like the stuff, so I just add more sour cream and leave it out.
Pesto Chicken Sandwich
I use rotisserie chicken and jarred pesto (from Sam’s Club) to make this a really quick dinner. Use 2% Greek yogurt for a creamier result.
Strawberry Avocado Salad with Poppyseed Dressing
This salad is a little sweet, a little tangy, and a little creamy. Spinach is best for the greens in this salad, but anything works.
