You’re basically only making the meatballs here, so this recipe is really quick and easy!

Spaghetti-Os

1 pound lean ground beef or turkey

1 egg

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend

salt and pepper to taste

1 pound ditalini pasta (round shaped)

2 24 ounce jars marinara (I like Rao’s)

grated Parmesan for serving

Preheat oven to 400°.

To make the meatballs, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.  Form into small meatballs.  Bake meatballs at 400 for about 10 minutes, or until browned.  They will finish cooking in the sauce.

Meanwhile, heat sauce over medium heat until hot.  Add the cooked meatballs and cook them for about 10 minutes (or as long as it takes for the pasta to cook).

Cook the pasta until al dente, then add the pasta to the sauce and meatballs. Stir well and serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
