I like to serve this Pumpkin Pie Dip in a hollowed out pumpkin with garnish it with some gingersnap crumbs.

 

Pumpkin Pie Dip

 

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

1 thirty ounce can pumpkin

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

1 tablespoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons vanilla

 

Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth.  Add pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla.   Mix well.  Spoon into a small hollowed pumpkin and serve with gingersnaps and pretzels.

 

Hint: rub vegetable oil on the outside of the pumpkin to make it shiny and pretty for serving the Pumpkin Pie Dip.
