This will be the last hot chocolate recipe you’ll ever want. It makes a lot, and just hangs out in the slow cooker all day while you decorate, make cookies, open presents, or watch Elf for the 100th time (that’s what I’ll be doing!).
Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate
1 ½ cups whipping cream
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
6 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups milk chocolate chips
mini marshmallows
Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 hours or until chocolate chips are melted. Keep the hot chocolate warm in the slow cooker for serving. Don’t forget the marshmallows! Store leftover hot chocolate in the refrigerator for up to one week, and microwave to reheat.
